6. Communication & Customer Support Policy

Alien Labz does not offer guidance or respond to inquiries regarding:

• Preparation/reconstitution
• Injection or administration
• Storage for consumption

Any such requests are ignored or redirected to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. Enforcement, Monitoring & Misuse Reporting

We proactively monitor and restrict misuse of our products. This includes:

• Banning customers who violate our Terms
• Disclaiming all responsibility for third-party content
• Cooperating with authorities if unlawful use is discovered

All customers agree to indemnify Alien Labz from misuse-related liability at checkout.
