1. Research Use Only Disclaimer

The products sold by Alien Labz are NOT intended for human consumption, use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate applications.

Our products are strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

The listing of a material on our Site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent.

All products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals.

2. Customer Acknowledgment & Responsibilities

By purchasing from Alien Labz, you represent and warrant that you are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following:

• Government regulations regarding the use and exposure to all products.
• Health and safety hazards associated with handling and exposure to these products.
• The necessity of adequate safety measures and proper warning labels regarding health hazards.

Alien Labz reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales to any individual or entity if there is reason to believe that misuse will occur.

3. FDA Compliance – Research Use Only (RUO)

We label all products in alignment with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i) as Research Use Only (RUO).

Products are not intended for clinical investigations or diagnostic applications.

RUO-specific labeling includes:

• "For Research Use Only"
• "Not for Human or Animal Use"
• No dosing, reconstitution, or administration instructions provided

4. Age Requirement

All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Alien Labz or any affiliated entity be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our products, whether claims arise from contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Alien Labz harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the handling, possession, or use of our products.

Our products are not sterilized or tested for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or commercial use.

6. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling and use of our products.

The purchaser expressly warrants that products purchased will not be used for any purpose that violates the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), or any other applicable laws.

7. Restrictions on Use

Alien Labz products are intended solely for research purposes and are not to be used for:

• In vitro diagnostic purposes.
• In food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals.
• For commercial purposes.

8. Verification & Order Refusal

Alien Labz reserves the right to perform due diligence screening on all customer-provided information to verify accuracy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
